TownPark Commons is owned by Adventus Opportunity Fund (“AOF”), a growth-oriented early stage REIT focused on select suburban office markets that is based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. Pope & Land Enterprises, Inc., a 40+-year old private full-service real estate company headquartered in Atlanta, provides Property Management and Leasing Services.
